When you download and install the software from Freshworks Marketplace, you can use it by selecting the groups to be checked, domains, ApiKeys, and use of analytics reports.
Currently, the site can be displayed in English and Japanese. Please contact us if you have additional requests in other languages.
When we measure the check time before sending, we create a sub-ticket with the resolved when the email is sent. The status of that sub-ticket is displayed in the Analytics report, but only the Pro and Enterprise plans allow us to create original Analytics reports.
