How long does it take to install and configure the application?

When you download and install the software from Freshworks Marketplace, you can use it by selecting the groups to be checked, domains, ApiKeys, and use of analytics reports.


Can you handle displays in English?

Currently, the site can be displayed in English and Japanese. Please contact us if you have additional requests in other languages.


Why is the pre-submission check for users only available for Pro and Enterprise plans?

When we measure the check time before sending, we create a sub-ticket with the resolved when the email is sent. The status of that sub-ticket is displayed in the Analytics report, but only the Pro and Enterprise plans allow us to create original Analytics reports.
